Refund Policy

Paige Cares LLC provides administrative coordination, concierge scheduling, logistics management, and payment processing services for medical programs performed by independent licensed physicians. Due to the significant administrative preparation required for concierge services, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.

1. 24-Hour Agreement Cancellation Period

Clients may cancel their service agreement within twenty-four (24) hours of signing the administrative agreement and receive a full refund, provided that:

  • No services have been scheduled or initiated, and

  • No physician travel, clinical preparation, or third-party arrangements have been confirmed.

2. Administrative Processing Fee

If a cancellation request is made after the 24-hour agreement period but at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, the refund will be subject to a 10% administrative processing fee. This fee covers administrative coordination, scheduling, documentation processing, physician coordination, and operational costs already incurred.

3. Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours of Service) 

Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to additional administrative and coordination fees, including but not limited to:

  • Physician scheduling commitments

  • Clinical preparation

  • Staff coordination

  • Travel or logistical arrangements

Depending on the circumstances, some or all fees may be non-refundable.

4. Concierge Scheduling & Preparation

Once a concierge service has been scheduled and confirmed, Paige Cares LLC begins logistical coordination with physicians, staff, and vendors. Administrative fees incurred during this process may not be refundable, even if the client later elects to cancel.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed by Paige Cares LLC within 48 hours of confirmation.
However, depending on the client’s financial institution or payment processor, it may take 5–7 business days for the funds to appear back in the client’s account.

6. Third-Party Medical Services

Paige Cares LLC does not provide medical care. All medical evaluations, treatment decisions, and procedures are performed by independent licensed physicians. Refund policies related to medical services, products, biologic, laboratory services, or treatments may be subject to the physician’s separate medical agreements and policies.

. Non-Refundable Products

If biologic materials, medications, stem cell products, laboratory services, or other medical materials have been ordered, reserved, or prepared, those items may not be refundable, as they are sourced from third-party providers and prepared specifically for the client.
